This part of our club is second to none!!! Here at Texas Health and Racquet Club we offer our members and guests a LARGE, FREE FLOWING, and DIVERSE Machine Weight Area. Chalk-a-block full of a MASSIVE variety of Cybex, Icarian, Magnum, and Free Motion Machines. We at Texas Health and Racquet Club are extremely proud of this area. We have also taken cues from the rest of the fitness world with this area and set it up as a complete Circuit Training Experience!! So if you don’t have a lot of free time in your busy day, you can still come in and get a fast Body Blasting Exercise!,At Texas Health and Racquet Club we offer a HUGE 5,000 sq/ft Free Weight Facility. Fully equipped with many of the Newest advances in the fitness world from companies such as Icarian, Flite, Cybex, and Nautilus. If Dumb-Bells are not your thing, we have got you covered!!! Our gym is outfitted with Dumb-Bells ranging from 5 lbs all the way up to the massive 120 lbs ones. We also have a Brand NEW 7 cable station, so now there are no lines if you want to get a quick circuit work out in. Hate waiting in line to get a Bench??? This is no longer a problem. Here at THRC we have 4 stationary Olympic benches, and a large variety of adjustable benches. The staff of Texas Health and Racquet Club takes great pride in having a full knowledge of the inner and outer workings of ALL of our amenities.
