JennRand Diversified, L.L.C. was founded by Randy and Jennifer Randolph in 2004 to offer quality rental properties in the East Texas Market.  In early 2005 we launched our General Contractor division and in October of 2007 we launched our Light Commercial division.  Now we offer high quality new construction, both residential and commercial, remodeling projects along with our rental properties.  Our goal is to build a remarkable reputation as a leading contracting company.  We  promised at the time we decided to launch JennRand Diversified, L.L.C. that we would always operate with a Christian foundation, unwavering ethics, quality workmanship, and offer upscale rental properties in the East Texas Market.
