South Carolina hip hop rap on the map or in the music industry showcase. Oburg is a new and upcoming lyricist, producer, and rapper. His unique style brings a diverse technique to the hip hop culture and sound. All of his
music has soul, deep meaning and has been compared to Drake, Fort Minor, and J Cole but has a sound like no other. He has taught himself how to produce,
play, record and does it all in his spare bedroom. He was born in Orangeburg, S.C and raised in St. Matthews, S.C. by a single mother, which reflects his music significantly. At age 19, he moved to Charleston, S.C where he currently resides and is pursuing his career in music and the automotive industry. After many late nights of substantial hard work alone, His debut solo album/mixtape, The Bridge was released in February of 2011 and is available for free on the link provided.
