STMA Rotary Club
The St. Michael-Albertville Rotary Club meets from 7-8 a.m. Tuesdays at the Crow River Senior Center in St. Michael, Minnesota (next to Post Office.) We welcome you to join us!
Rotary is a unique organization that stresses “service above self.” It focuses on helping citizens in our community as well as addressing the world-wide challenges of disease, literacy, starvation and clean water.
Locally, we assist with STMA student education trips, participate in a national annual literacy project, donate and volunteer at the Hanover Food Shelf, sponsor scholarships, support the local American Cancer Society’s “Relay for Life,” provide hats and gloves to school-age children in need, and sponsor foreign exchange students. We also funded and constructed the community events sign at the St. Michael Parish School and funded defibrillators for the Crow River Senior Center and the Wright County Sheriff.
Globally, Rotary International contributes to the worldwide eradication of polio. We have contributed over $600 million and thousands of volunteer-hours, leading to the inoculation of over two billion of the world's children.
