Growing up in the vast landscapes of Nevada and making a home in the shadows of the majestic Ruby Mountains has unleashed my passion for photography! Northeastern Nevada is truly a hidden treasure of spectacular scenery with soaring glacier-sculpted peaks, green aspen meadows and crystal blue alpine lakes. I love capturing the changing seasons, plays of light and the captivating moods of ever-changing weather. Timing can be everything and it’s those serendipitous moments that keep me coming back to explore the landscape. The expanse of scenery, illuminated by unusual textures, patterns and contours, a fresh blanket of snow, a renewed wash of rain, a change of seasons, a charge of energy, an unexpected flower, all coming together and providing an infinite palette to reconnect with the richness of nature.
