Thomas Michael Gallmeier – Songwriter/Producer. I write and produce music. I have done so from an early age on, music is my great passion in this life time.
My music has been on national and international radio as well as TV, including MTV’s Laguna Beach, The OC, Newport Harbor, charted twice in the Top 20 in the British Commercial Pop Club Charts in 2009 and almost made it on the new Meryl Streep Movie soundtrack “It’s Complicated”(2009).
I was born in Manhatten,N.Y. and grew up in Germany. I started to come up with little bits and pieces of music playing my Mom’s piano at an early age, founded my first original band at the age of 14 playing drums and never looked back.
My career as a free lance drummer then brought me back to America/Los Angeles and along the way I had the chance to meet and collaborate as a songwriter with many diverse and talented artists.
Some of the highlights include a deal co-writing/producing songs with 6 time Grammy winner Glen Ballard, collaborating with Cindy Gomez (Interscope/Dave Stewart), Jerry Jetho (King Sunny Ade/Fella) and future projects with Stacey Barth and Joshua Adams to name a few.
