HOW MANY SACHETS DO I NEED TO TAKE A DAY?
To answer that you need to know what your BMI (Body Mass Index) is - see graph below - for those with a BMI 30+* we recommend the 4 packs of meal replacements per day (28 sachets per week) and for those with a BMI between 22 & 30 we recommend 3 packs and ONE nutritionally balanced meal (21 sachets per week).
HOW MUCH WILL THIS COST?AND IS IT CHEAPER THAN ATKINS?
If you have 28 sachets per week, the cost is approximately £36 p/w and only approximately £27 p/w if you opt for the 3 sachets and a meal, please remember that what you spend on this diet you save by not having to buy food from the supermarket! our Low Carb sachets will probably save you money, eg purchasing direct through popular diet companies would cost between £50 and £60 per week depending on which option you pick ie 3 or 4 sachet plan.

WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?
Choose the plan based on your BMI (Body Mass Index). For people with a BMI over 30* or those wishing to lose weight in super quick time we recommend that you start your new way of eating with the four meal replacement foodpacks per day (no other meals), whilst those with a BMI of below 30 or those who wish to have the flexibility to have one nutrionally balanced meal per day we recommend three replacement meals per day and the meal made using our meal plan food list - it is your choice to decide which meal you have, should it be a tasty breakfast, a nourishing lunch or maybe you look forward to an evening meal, the choice is yours. Whichever plan you choose to adopt you can be assured that you will be receiving all your recommended daily vitamins and minerals this will be totally provided on our full meal replacement plan, if the partial replacement plan i.e three sachets plus one nutritionally balanced meal we do recommend that you take a good vitamin supplement - preferably time released so that you do not get any slump in energy later in the day.
