George Cook Specialist Plasterers offer traditional and specialist plastering services to an international market. We employ traditional craftsman still capable of high quality plasterwork using haired lime plaster. We can also use modern cement or gypsum based plaster. Our modern craftmanship covers drylining (including suspended ceilings and partitions), floor screeding, and ceramic wall and floor tiling. We do roman cement repairs, decorative mouldings, external lime stucco, in situ run mouldings, fibrous plaster mouldings, riven oak and chestnut lathing, softwood lathing, sawn oak or pine lathing, rustications, rusticated rendering and ashlar rendering. We work with lime plaster, lime putty plaster and lime mortar as well as haired lime plaster, hydraulic lime render and hydraulic lime plaster.
