Lisa Martin and Shannon Anderson blend over 30 years of successful software industry search experience. Lisa Martin, Partner Lisa Martin's professional recruiting expertise spans 15 years. Prior to forming Anderson Martin Search Partners, Lisa established herself as a recruiting leader with Microsoft Corporation (1994 -2004). As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Microsoft, Lisa was frequently leveraged to staff new product units with domain experts and industry luminaries. Successful internal Microsoft corporate start up searches include; Indigo (Web Services), Sparkle (rich UI web authoring tool), Burton (Visual Studio's Enterprise IDE), Phoenix (next generation platform for code generators, optimizers and program analysis tools) and most recently the High Performance Computing organization. As recognition of her efforts, Lisa was awarded two prestigious awards: Best Sourcing Recruiter in 2000 and Outstanding Achievement in 2003. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in German Language and Literature and Business Administration from Western Washington University
Shannon Anderson, Partner - Shannon has been an Executive Search professional in the high tech industry for 16 years. From 2000-2004, Shannon was the Recruiting Principal at Ignition Partners venture capital, where she conducted executive searches and managed recruiting for Ignition's portfolio companies in the enterprise, infrastructure and consumer software sectors. From 1991 to 2000, Shannon was a Senior Recruiting Manager at Microsoft, where she recruited executive, technical and marketing professionals; created and led Microsoft's worldwide recruiter training programs; and developed an internal recruiting research/ competitive intelligence group known as the Strike Team. Prior to Microsoft, Shannon was an independent executive search consultant in the Bay Area from 1988 to 1991, where she conducted management searches in the high tech sector for F500 companies. Shannon holds a BS degree in marketing and advertising from San Jose State University. Shannon sits on the Advisory Boards of Jobster.com and the ESIX Executive Search Academy.
