The Custodians - Home of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Technicians Engineers Artists and Research Scientists “We Like Your Knows”
The custodians is a web site where people can report fraud, bullying, and abuses of power. It is also a place people can come to find ways to gain control of and/or transition out of a bad situation.
The comedian Gallagher has a bit where he describes cars that can shoot “Jerk” bumper stickers on the cars of bad drivers. When a car gets enough “Jerk” stickers on it, it is pulled off of the road before it can hurt someone. The-Custodians hopes to do this in the business world. If you have witnessed bullying, mismanagement, or abuse of power, that could potentially result in the physical, emotional or financial harm of others, we would like to know about it so we can plaster the sucker with virtual bumper stickers on our web site, and satirize the abuse on our show. It is our hope that we may be able to stop the next Enron or Gulf Oil Spill catastrophe before it happens. To protect against retaliation and false accusation, we conceal the identities of all parties involved.
We would also like to know about the good guys that do things the right way so that we can give them the recognition that they deserve.
If you elect to do so, we will submit your story, for possible inclusion in our TV Show. The head writer for the Custodians will disguise identities and build your story into the plot line, and provide the competing teams of writers/performers, with the requirement that they produce a comedy sketch with the situation built into that month’s show.
