My excitement for Concert, Music and Entertainment Photography surprisingly started because of my love and passion for dancing . . . . . especially to live ROCK.
Taking photos as an art in general actually began as a young girl while backpacking through the beautiful and majestic Sierra Nevada Mountains. My family history of musicians, photographers, artists and professional dancers from the SF Bay Area has greatly influenced my desire to create exciting photos.
I am truly inspired by the idea of watching a band play, feeling their music, and being able to make that performance last forever in the form of my photos. I am always pushing myself to produce higher quality images. As a music fan myself I know that concert and music photographers are, in a way, the eyes and ears of the fans. Music and Rock photography is meant to portray the artist in an artistic and unique way and to document an event in history so that decades down the road people can see and feel what the concert, musician or show was like.
