Scottish Folk-Singer
Ireland's gain, Scotland's loss Billy has a multitude of songs, traditional and contemporary, (and a few of his own). Although he often uses amplification, (for sound levels only), he prefers to sing acoustically, as respect between audience and artiste is a much sought after ingredient. He likes to be at one with the audience, to make a more convivial atmosphere, and finds that participation in his chorus songs, helps this along, and people leave thinking,"That was a good night". Music, like it used to be. Give him a hearing, you could do worse.
