Young Impact is a dynamic program design and development firm. We partner with campuses and companies to activate Generation X and Y leadership potential. Our flagship event, the StartUp Scramble™, is a break-through venture development program. StartUp Scramble participants align personal and professional missions to take ownership of social and business challenges. Over this day or weekend-long experience, attendees develop new knowledge, explore and apply underutilized faculties, and build critical leadership capacities. We have worked with top-tier colleges, organizations, and businesses--public and private.
