Principal photography is due to take place in Ireland at the beginning of 2008.At a young age, Mark started out as a singer/songwriter and
wrote over forty songs, several of which were recorded. By the age of eighteen, his enthusiasm had moved
to the film industry and he then
trained as an actor.During this time, he successfully completed his L.A.M.D.A (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art) acting examinations
with distinction.At the age of twenty three, Mark was severely injured in an accident and had to spend several months in hospital recovering.
During this time, he turned his love of acting and his passion for the industry to writing feature films. To date, he has written five scripts,
all Hollywood Analyst Recommended screenplays, and one novel. In 2005 he won the coveted Hollywood 'Best Screenplay Unproduced' Award at the
International Action On Film Ceremony in Los Angeles for 'Freedom Within The Heart'. This success gave Mark a high Profile in Hollywood and
shortly after, Hollywood Scriptwriter magazine carried a two page article on his achivements.
In 2006, Mark recieved his Director's Diploma from the Raindance Organization in London.
Since then, he has completed directing his first
feature length film, 'Strength & Honour',
starring Michael Madsen, Vinnie Jones, Patrick Bergin as well as Richard Chamberlain.In conjunction with Atlantis Studios,
Freedom Within The
Heart is currently being adapted into a Graphic Novel, which will be released at the beginning of 2007.
