Mammoet ivoor Gravures
Dit ivoor is afkomstig van de wolharige mammoet die circa 10,000 jaar geleden uitstierf. Tanden van dit dier worden gevonden in de perma-frost laag in Siberie en door topgraveurs in China tot hoogwaardige kunststukken verwerkt. Schitterende, vooral Japanse en Chinese taferelen komen tot leven in dit materiaal. Ook leent het zich door zijn taaiheid uitstekend voor kleinoden als netsukes. Vanaf nu is deze schitterende collectie te bewonderen in de onlangs geopende ruimte boven bij De Oude Aarde.Deze collectie is natuurlijk ook te koop via de webshop.
