Your Passport to Life Beyond School
Bright Sparks provides students with their own personal web space to describe achievements in their own words, attaching photographs, testimonials, certificates or any other form of supporting evidence. Students then make a judgement about which enterprise capability they have demonstrated before the information is posted to their portfolio. Over time, they develop a personal profile which can be seen at-a-glance on a radar-style display and viewed in detail or amended in their diary of achievement. Other facilities allow students to compare their profiles and achievements with friends, to receive feedback from tutors and to see how they have made progress over a given period. Students can then select material from their portfolio to include in a CV or even a job application form.
