Design:
In the initial design phase, Nellie and Kendall will work with you and the designer or architect of your choice, or are happy to provide architects that they have worked with in the past. They will partner with you and the design team to review conceptual drawings, and later technical drawings for building permits and finally working drawings that include specifications for materials and fixtures. By partnering together throughout this process, we can ensure that we are helping you make the decisions easily that will keep you within your planned budget while meeting your needs. From hand-selecting the materials used in your project, to revising plans to meet your specific needs, we will make sure you are happy with the project every step of the way.
Build:
Kendall or a Project Manager will be on your job site everyday throughout the building of your project and hold primary responsibility for coordination of each phase of the project including materials and subcontractors, while maintaining both the client's budget and peace of mind.
The Seattle Housewrights team adheres to strict guidelines concerning daily and weekly site clean-ups, as well as respecting the environment of the homeowner and neighborhood.
