Selco Industries and Monarch-Northwood Sales & Marketing, LLC are both 100% African American owned and certified Minority Business Enterprise companies. Monarch-Northwood Sales and Marketing was established as a distribution company in order to service large customers with multiple locations.
Selco Industries manufactures a wide variety of office filing products under the SJ Paper brand name. These include quality substitutes for many popular items used in large corporations as well as innovative new ideas to solve everyday filing problems.
Manufacturing of SJ Paper brand office products began in 1984 in the inner city of Toledo, Ohio. Our management and personnel have always been reflective of a diverse inner city population and have worked diligently to provide new jobs and opportunities. At the beginning of each school year, we try to give back to the community from which we came, by awarding three college scholarships to deserving student candidates.
Over the past several years our companies have experienced significant growth as a result of increased exposure in office product catalogs and growing support for Minority Business Enterprises as suppliers to large government corporations and educational institutions. Many end users have switched to our items from other brands and are extremely satisfied with our high quality standards.
