Monastery Greetings is honored to be chosen by the Trappist monks at St. Joseph's Abbey in Spencer, Massachusetts, to handle fulfillment of mail orders for Trappist Preserves. The tradition of excellence is sustained by cooks who have been refining recipes and techniques for more than 50 years. They bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to every batch of Trappist Preserves. Jams are made from puréed fruit, and jellies are made from fruit juice; marmalades include peel. Conserves, like preserves, are made from the whole fruit, but raisins and nuts may be added.
