Chester County Kokikai Aikido | Minimum Effort Maximum Effect
Aikido is a modern Japanese martial art that teaches coordination of mind and body to develop calmness in action and the strongest human condition. It is a highly effective system of self-defense that does not depend on muscular strength. The Chester County Kokikai dojo is based in Exton, PA and was founded by Jason Martin Sensei who currently holds the rank of 3rd degree black belt under Sensei Shuji Maruyama, the founder of Kokikai-Ryu Aikido. Jason Martin Sensei is also an instructor and lifetime member at the Northeast dojo, the U.S. hombu dojo and Kokikai international headquarters.
