CoreTherapy コアセラピー - Home
コアセラピーの治療方法は、コアコンディショニングの礎となったベーシックセブンの臨床経験に基づいて構築されてきました。ベーシックセブンを実施すると、健常者だけではなく、種々の整形外科疾患患者において胸郭の可動性の改善や姿勢改善（リアライメント）が容易に得られます。コアセラピー研究部会が発足された2006年以降、徐々に応用範囲が拡大され、またその効果についても検証が進んできました。さらに、骨盤や胸郭のリアライメントを目的とする新しい方法が提唱されるなど、方法論的にも加速度的な進化を遂げてきました。
コアセラピーの方法は、様々なセラピストによって開発され、またその検証が進められています。2008年7月に講談社から発刊された「コアコンディショニングとコアセラピー」には、頸椎疾患、腰痛、肩関節疾患など多数の疾患に対する治療法が提唱されています。今後も全国のセラピストからの治療経験を収集し、データベースを構築していきたいと考えております。
このページでは、コアセラピーで用いられる代表的なエクササイズを紹介します。なお、エクササイズの詳細については、JCCA発行の教材や書籍をご参照ください。また、関連する評価法やエクササイズのコツなどについてはコアセラピーセミナーの受講をお勧めします。
