Passionate about art since childhood, he only has one goal : use it to improve our environment TB graduated in interior Architecture and design at the ESAPV (Belgian Arts School - 5 years of study) in the workshop of WS Since then, he hasnt stopped drawing spaces, furniture and objects of various nature.- Secretarys office - Flats, studios and digs - Loft conversion - Refectories - Auditorium furniture - Cot - Valet - Plant stand - Clock - Cubes which transform into furniture - Shelves His vision : « The green issues we have to live with today force us to think about furniture differently » He thinks of his furniture as a solution to bring to problems linked to global warming. To this effect, he has been working on this concept : to create in a eco-friendly material (wood and derived materials) furniture coming from one single board and the assembling is done like a game with no use of hardware. « in my work I wish to communicate that designers are people who are committed to change and that the result of their art can deliver a real message and provide a cultural identity. » This is the reason why he drew more than 20 plant stands, small stylish high table used to show off green plants which he exhibits and exports in order to spread his eco-friendly humanist vision to as many as possible. These plants can be bring a touch of poetry in our everyday spaces and our leisure, entrance, holiday and rest areas as well as in our work spaces. I would say that TB uses his furniture like a writer uses words to convey ideas to call into question ways to envisage tomorrows furniture
