La Palestra Shodan di Reggio Emilia è un’Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica specializzata nelle Discipline Orientali riconosciuta dal C.O.N.I. ed iscritta nell’Albo Provinciale delle Associazioni di Promozione Sociale. Arti Marziali: Aikido, Kung Fu Wushu, Goju Ryu Karate, Okinawa Kobudo, Taekwondo, Wing Tzun, Kendo, Iaido, Jodo. Discipline Orientali: Tai Ji Quan, Yoga, Daruma Taiso (Ginnastica Orientale), Danza Mediorientale (Raqs Sharqi). Sono possibili inoltre trattamenti quali: Shiatsu, Reiki, Massaggio infantile. Ci sono corsi sia per bambini, sia per ragazzi, sia per adulti.
