HAPIC, Is a community based Environmental group based out of Augusta Georgia who's community has been dealt injustice from corporate polluters. these companies refused to believe that their toxins have caused the land that this community called home to become a toxic donut making the people sick and refusing to take responsibility to clean it up or compensate these families for the losses of the healths, homes lives and land.
