Tank And Pipe Integrity Solutions Ltd carry out surveys in crude oil storage tanks using the T-Type Acoustic Inspection system to ascertain the quantity and topology of any sludge sediment that may be in the bottom of the tanks. These surveys are carried out whilst the tank is still in its normal operational state. The T-Type uses Solid State acoustic technology to generate a scan of beams that measures the sludge distribution over thousands of points.In addition to this we offer a full EEMUA 159 assessment service for tanks using the latest Inspection and Advanced NDT technologies.
We carry out pipeline surveys using the latest in Long Range Ultrasonics for assessing pipelines for damage or corrosion. In addition to this we use the 3X engineering pipeline repair system to carry out any pipeline repairs.
