Community Living, We Make It Possible. | CUPE - Community Living
About 8,000 developmental service workers, employed at Ontario associations for community living (ACLs), are members of the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE). Only a properly funded public system, where all people with disabilities have the right to access the supports they need, can address long wait lists for programs and services, limited capacity to respond to changing needs, deteriorating infrastructure, staff recruitment and retention challenges, and low and disparate wages.
