Southwest Renewable Energy Conference
The Southwestern states are rich in renewable energy resources. Access to abundant sunshine, wind resources, geothermal sources, and biomass means the Southwest region of the United States is poised to become a leader in renewable energy development. Nine years ago, the first Southwest Renewable Energy Conference was held to mobilize research, create awareness and accelerate renewable energy implementation across the region. High quality speakers and concurrent conference tracks offer participants diverse options to expand their knowledge of this fast-growing field and build profitable professional relationships. SWREC 2010 offers thoughtful evaluation and discussion of renewable energy development on tribal, federal, state and private lands. A diverse range of conference sessions, receptions and exhibitions will provide opportunities to network and share ideas with leaders in industry, research and government.
