Astronaut Leroy Chiao is a motivational speaker, consultant and entrepreneur. He is also a Professor at the Louisiana State University and an executive vice president at Excalibur Almaz, a private manned space venture. His web site is hosted by Friends of Baker. Dr. Chiao is an expert on space programs in the United States, Russia, Japan, China and Europe. Chiao spent fifteen years at NASA and flew on four space missions. He was the commander of the International Space Station and has flown on Space Shuttles and the Russian Soyuz spacecraft.
