The Hydro-Vac-Excavator is a vacuum excavator designed specificaly to be compact, user friendly, quiet, and highly efficient as a pot holing, as well as a utility valve box and meter box cleaning machine. The 250 gal. Hydro-Vac is mounted on an easy to pull and park single axle trailer not requiring CDL license and comfortable to pull with a 3/4 ton pick-up truck. Day lighting buried utilities is made efficient by use of the user friendly wireless remote control boom arm and patent pending digging tools. The Diesel Engine driven hydraulic pump powers an assortment of hand held tools such as concrete saws, jack hammers, pumps, drills, and torque wrenches. The telescoping boom arm also has a hydraulic torque wrench mounted on it fo rthe purpose of being a utility valve exerciser and isolation valve maintenance tool. The Hydro-Vac vacuum debris tank has a solids/liquids seporater. The water is decanted from the debris tank even during vacuum operation. This process dried the dirt before it is dumped and effectively uses the debris ank for dirt only, not water. The 250 gal vacuum unit has performance more like that of a 2500 gal vacuum unit. The Hydro Vac Excavtor is also excellent for Vacuum Excavation and Hydro Excavation.
