I am dedicated to meeting the unique needs of each individual in an atmosphere that encourages trust, loyalty, confidentiality, and compassion. Massage can bring welcome relief from the stresses of your life, and help you to better understand your body. I received a Special Major B.A. in Holistic Health, which focused on world spiritual and healing practices. I have 26 years of experience in massage and body work, with core training in Chinese Medical Theory, Acupressure, and Barefoot Shiatsu and am a Licensed and Certified Acupressure Massage Therapist. I have worked in a spa environment, and have experience working with people of all ages, from 4 - 95. I also work with people living with HIV/AIDS. I love the relaxation and stress relief that my clients experience, and I always give stretching or acupressure homework!
