While snow showers cover Virginia I dipped down to Cocoa Beach for Easter to check out the Ron Jons Surf Fest. Lots of VB locals here but the waves aren't, check out some pics in the surfing gallery.

Some nice barrels happening down south so I went down to s-turns and shot an afternoon session while John Wright and Mickey McCarthy captured the morning session. Check out the "Barrels of fun" gallery.

After that storm came thru it stirred up some great surf, warm air and wicked sand-blasting wind gusts. Check out some local shortboard veterans in this new gallery aptly named the 'Sand Blast Swell'.
