Jessica Elkhatib is a cellist and educator devoted to contemporary learning and string performance. As a String Specialist for the Greenwich, CT Public schools and founder of The Fifth String, a student based rock cello ensemble, Ms. Elkhatib is commited to student centered, progressive learning that integrates technology and pop culture into string performance. Ms. Elkhatib's active performance career includes regular season appearances with local NY and CT symphonies, string quartet engagements with The Devonshire Players, and recitals with Cielo e Voce, a cello and soprano duo.

Welcome to Yoon Kwon's World of Music and Magic on the Violin
Described by Dorothy DeLay as a violinist with “staggering imagination” and “one of the most expressive tones I’ve ever heard”, violinist Yoon Kwon’s compelling musicianship and dynamic stage presence have won the hearts of audiences around the world. Her performances have earned her critical acclaim across four continents, garnering remarks such as “magic that transcends mere pyrotechnical flash”, “infinitely beautiful sound… holding an audience spellbound”, and “utterly assured and carefree…a talent that kept us enchanted throughout”. The youngest first violinist of the MET Orchestra. Has performed as soloist with the Cologne Philharmonic, Warsaw Philharmonic, Vancouver, Cincinnati, Colorado, Houston, New Jersey, and St. Louis symphonies. An avid chamber musician, she has performed at the festivals of Marlboro, Verbier, Tanglewood, and La Jolla, and is currently a member of the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center Two. She received her Bachelor, Master, and Artist Diploma from the Juilliard School.
