Fire Dragon Teacher Training
This unique 200 -hour Yoga Alliance teacher training certified program will cover the main aspects of the yogic path - asana, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, sanskrit, and philosophy while also encouraging students to embrace other forms of movement such as Tai Chi, and Shiatsu massage techniques. Along with April, will be a team of experts to help teach this one-of-a-kind Fire Dragon Teacher Training program. By blending modalities and imparting an East meets West philosophy, the student will gain a well-rounded education in the healing arts. Students will be required to journal daily, take at least 4 asana classes per week, and share their own anecdotal stories --stories that are juxtaposed with the ancient yogic scriptures, i.e., Pantajali. Our own lives are our biggest teacher -- this will be a big emphasis in this program. Technique and methodology will be focused on in most sessions along with mock classes taught regularly by the yoga teachers to-be. When you graduate, you will be ready to teach!
