My name is Ella Wind and I received my cosmetologist license in New York State nearly 20 years ago. In 1995, I moved to Charlotte, NC where I worked for a chain of family owned salons for 6 years. In 2001, a great adventure took me to New Zealand where I spent the next 3 years attending numerous advanced courses by top cosmetologists and did extensive training with big companies such as Tony & Guy, Schwarzkoph, Wella and Vita 5, just to name a few. Every 3 months I would attend “hands on” haircutting and coloring classes to keep myself up to date on the new trends coming straight from Europe. Everyone that sits in my chair will receive a full consultation to be sure that I understand what you have and where you would like to go with your hairstyle and/or color choices. If you should have an “oopsie” at home with your color, rest assured, I have the knowledge to fix it. My deep passion for my job is sure to leave you feeling great as well as looking great.
