Specialties Graphic Finishers is a bindery located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada We do unusual operations We truck to Connecticut, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Delaware, Kentucky, Texas, New York, Michigan and Virginia We also ship to Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba Quebec and New Brunswick We produce perfect bound books that are up to 15 inches oblong from face to spine and up to 4 inches thick We have repcover, Otabind, Swiss bind, PUR glue and blowin machinery with up to 45 pockets We do saddle stitching from as small as 15 inches by 15 inches up to 15 inches oblong face to spine We have 6 machines with 12 pockets, colored stitches, 58 inches thick, blowins and loop stitching We have hidie PMC machines up to 95 inches by 125 inches We can do minifolding down to 12 inch and map folding up to 44 inches by 70 inches with inline tipping on 38 machines We do micro perforating, gluing and clip sealing and wafer sealing inline We have 4 remoistenable gluing machines that do U glue, bang tails, cold glue pockets, ink jetting and tipping We have 5 tagstringing machines that can do miniature tagstringing down to inch by inch and up to 14 inches by 16 inches Our tagstringing capability is 1 million a week For inkjetting, we have 28 heads and can do full sheets up to 30 inches by 45 inches We can inkjet debit cards up to 400 up We can inkjet two sides or two directions and have an inkjetting capacity of 3 million cards per day Our WireO binding capacity is up to 50,000 books per day We do spiral wire binding and have 6 automatic punches, 5 automatic WireO binders We have 3 Gahvern highspeed tipping machines with opening and closing stations We can do 1 to 3 tipons per pass, inline inkjet, or folding and clip and wafer sealing inline
