Hong Kong Life Group Holdings Limited (“HK Life Group”), a Hong Kong GEM listed company.
Through successful acquisition of entire equity interests of Casdon Management Limited in May 2010, HK Life Group is the only Hong Kong listed company operating its owned houses with a total gross floor area of approximately 1,013.8 sq. m. for provision of shrine for memorial of ancestor in Hong Kong. The Company also engaged in sale of paper-offering products for the ancestral deceased in Hong Kong and is also engaged in the trading of edible oil via its non-listed Singapore subsidiary.
In order to signify the Group’s expansion and diversification of business, a special resolution has been passed at the annual general meeting held on 21 October 2010 to change the company name to “Hong Kong Life Group Holdings Limited 香港生命集團控股有限公司”. The new name will benefit the Group’s future business development and reflect the Group’s new corporate strategy.
The Directors will look for different business opportunities in order to enhance the Group’s growth as well as shareholders’ returns.
