INTO THE OCEAN is a rock band based in San Antonio, TX. The four-piece are quickly finding themselves moving through the San Antonio Christian music scene and have already released their first full-length record. After The World Came Undone, INTO THE OCEAN's debut effort released on October 22, 2009 and is now available on all major digital music stores. Self-produced and engineered by the band, the album offers an eclectic range of sounds from the synth-driven anthems such as 'Now Is Our Time' and 'Saved Me From Myself' to the ambient pop of 'You Came' and the record's title track. Taking influences from international rock acts U2 and Coldplay and combining it with a vast array of other musical styles including jazz, classical and even gospel, INTO THE OCEAN is sure to capture audiences from all types of musical backgrounds. Incorporating catchy hooks and shifting time signatures, the band always delivers a memorable and fresh experience with each new song. Beyond making records and playing concerts, the band has a heart to serve and a desire to see the influence of the local church reach beyond the containment of buildings. 'Our commitment to the people of God keeps us humble but also holds us to higher standard' says drummer, Ramon Lopez.
