Concert Hymns
CONCERT HYMNS is one facet of the music ministry of Don Reasons, a seasoned performer who has rubbed elbows with some of the best. Besides appearing as featured pianist ten years at the Dallas Fairmont, he has appeared on stage with such entertainers as John Gary, Andy Williams, Pat Boone, Flip Wilson, Peter Marshal and Christian artists as Doug Oldham (as his pianist), the Imperials, Re'Generation, The Speers and others. Along the way he produced three solo piano recordings and conducted a few orchestras, including the Baltimore Symphony Pops in two performances.
Don serves with the Cultural Affairs Commission of Dallas and is the president of the historic Dallas Organ Society.
Don often couples his concert with a next-day piano improv class, teaching others how to play like the pros, a one-day class.
