Importance Of Communication
In this day and age of confusion and uncertainty, we must develop a systemic principal of the importance of communication. To not do this will result in a state of trouble, of misunderstanding and no chance of resolution of the confusion and no way to repair the line of intercommunication. It brings people together in a constructive way, it also brings people together in a progressive way. Just imagine how much more easier life will be, how much more vibrant our lives will be, how much better our communities that we live and work in will be by executing this one importan fact of life. Religion is another area where the importance of communication is important. Imagine going to Church and sitting down to hear the Reverend, Pastor, Priest or Rabbi not deliver a message. There would be no reason to grow spiritually and nothing to grow spiritually on. Once again this is the reason why it is very important. In the area of Education, it is very important as well. Everybody knows that the learning process is never ending, if you think that you are never too old to learn remember this, experience comes from education, education comes from communicating thoughts and experiences in life from a teacher to a student.It is needed here for a teacher to teach so that a student can learn. It is centuries old. Imagine how much more easier and effective our American Justice system would be, imagine how much more effective our American Political two party system would be if this was more positively used instead of being used in a more backstabbing and argumentative way that only results in change every four years. The importance of communication is the landmark of progress, developing new friendships, even turning old friends into new enemies, in interpersonal relationships (Marriage, Committed Non-Marital, Platonic) from ending or never starting. For an Employer who does not communicate with his or her Employees the importance of communication is very important. Employees who feel that they are not taken seriously for their hard work, and are never told that they are appreciated by their Employees , will eventually leave that Company and their Employer, in search of another Company and Employer who will better understand this one issue for either good or to highlight areas where improvements are needed, so that the Employee will better about him or herself and their duties. In conclusion, the importance of communication must be adhered to in every facet of life everyday. We cannot survive without it, we cannot learn without it and we will die a lot more quickly without it.
