Her vitality, magnetism and bold adventuresome spirit are evident in each and every painting of her collection. Her ability to combine soft, alluring brushstrokes, flirting with soft pastels with layer upon layer of deep passionate rich oils creates a life force of its own. One painting after another reaches out and commands attention - each striking a chord in the melodic rhythm of Veronica Ruiz de Velasco's work. Inspired by the work of some of the great masters such as Cezanne, Michelangelo and others, Veronica is blessed with the ability to transcend technique - her paintings are alive and a tribute to her incredible talent. An exciting addition to our cultural community, Ms. Velasco has recently relocated to Dallas from her beloved home in Mexico City. Veronica and her husband, Keith Mowery (newlyweds very much in love), are planning their dream home with the assistance of custom home builder, Simmie Cooper and with out question, the entire Metroplex will soon be discovering for themselves the exquisitely titillating masterpieces which imbue the very soul of this breathtaking woman. With an impressive following and admiration from her peers, Veronica was commissioned to create a mural for the Rockefeller Collection, and paintings for President Clinton and for Hugh Hefner, She has also received the honor of having the great grandson of world-renowned painter, Claude Monet, purchase one of her paintings,
