Hey there! This is Coach Tony, let me share with you what this website is about. This is a portal for all trainers, fitness enthusiasts, martial artist, MMA fighters, Boxers, Emergency Responders, Military personnel, Teachers, Doctors, Moms, Dads, Brothers, Sisters, Cousins...anyone who can get up and move their bodies!
Simple directions: a challenge is given, you follow the directions or watch the vid, complete the challenge and vid yourself (with proof of date and time)or not, send it back to us, we choose which one of you awesome go-getters did the best and then you get the "bragging" rights to that challenge, which ofcourse will be posted for all to see and kneel before you!! Also, if you have a special athletic ability, vid yourself, send it to us and we will post it in our Your Vids category.
