What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique used to reduce stress, induce relaxation and promote healing.
Even though the Reiki system has his roots in very ancient Eastern philosophies, it began to spread at the beginning of the 20th century when Dr Mikao Usui, a Japanese Buddhist monk developped a system of natural healing.
Reiki comes from the Japanese words Rei and Ki.
Rei means God’s wisdom or Higher Power
Ki means Life Force Energy
Reiki is Spiritually guided Life Force Energy
The flow of unseen Life Force Energy makes us be alive
People with low Life Force Energy are more prone to feel stressed or get sick. People with high Life force Energy are usually happier and healthier since their mind/ body connection is well balanced and their energy (Ki) flows freely
Reiki balances energies through all body levels
