Welcome to Impressive Art Studio
Vladimir was born and raised in Riga, Latvia. An old European city with more than 800 years of history. Vlad’s personal artistic style was inspired by the rich architectural and artistic charms of Riga.
In 1985, the young artist began his professional career participating in the restoration of the historic buildings in old Riga. The developing artist grasped and mastered the various textural techniques and sculptural elements of old world Europe.
By 1990, the artist began his own career, creating prestige artwork for elite clients in Latvia, Germany, and Russia. He perfected creating exclusive oversized paintings, sculptured wall art, and murals.
Since 1995, Vlad lives and continues his artistic work in California. The 20 years of professional experience in painting and old world texturing has resulted in his unique artistic style. Each piece of art is custom designed and painted specially for the space and vision of the client. The result is an impressive addition to luxury residences, churches, wineries, and restaurants.
The artist’s current focus is on an impressive series of sculptured art created on canvas. The work combines textured, high and low relief, with fully rounded elements which extend beyond the boundaries of a frame, creating a dimensional image. The artist uses a light weight frame and special plaster which allows for the created artwork to be hung on an interior wall.
Each exclusive work of art blends the artist’s vision and talent with the beauty of old world texture and elements of relief sculpture to create a unique and impressive masterpiece.
