For over 80 years Vogelsang positive displacement rotary lobe pumps for wine have the best pump for must, leas, lees, juice, pomiace, pumpovers, pump-overs, barrell racking, and bottling applications. Our unique design for lobes makes pumping must without having problems with pumps locking up due to staples, wood, and other forign debris. These Metal style lobe pumps, some manufactured Waukesha, APV, Tuthill, etc, pumps have been used for winery applications throughout the world, but have this as a common problem throughout the industry. Vogelsang wine pumps are available in turnkey cart pumps to provide a very simple mobile solution. Wether it be a portable must pump, or stationary must pump, Vogelsang wine pumps provide the best solution for wineries and food and beverage industry. We have must pumps from 1 ton to 600 tons per hour and as high as 150 PSI. Vogelsang ump will produce flows of 0 - 335 gpm at 50 psi. The Waukesha 320 provides the final step in must and wine handling. Vogelsang pumps move must, up to 600 tons per hour, from the destemmer-crusher and high volume juice transfers for all winery sizes. Standard cart pumps are 316 stainless steel, and include VFD panel, hand-remote, and tri-clover flanges.
