Voices of the Heart, Inc. is a not-for-profit mutual support peer advocacy organization exclusively formed by, operated by and concerned with people who have utilized/or need mental health and recovery services and supports. Funded by the NYS Office of Mental Health, Warren and Washington Counties as well as local business (Bartlett, Pontiff, Stewarts and Rhodes, Glens Falls National Bank and Trust, Jaeger and Flynn, R.J. O'Brien Insurance, Adirondack Trust. Associates of Glens Falls, Glens Falls Knights of Columbus, Whittemore, Dowan and Ricciardelli and other individuals and area business) and serving individuals and the communities of Washington and Warren Counties. Its mission is to help people define their personal boundaries and achieve a maximum degree of autonomy and self-empowerment, and respect to exercise the rights and responsibilities of full citizenship.
