(Albert Schweitzer) A message from our volunteer coordinator, Monica Hunt:Hello! I am a parent of 3 players here at UFA. I want to take a moment and introduce myself to all of you as the new Volunteer Coordinator. I am very excited about the possibility of working with and getting to know you in the future. We have many events coming up that we need your help with. I would like for you to feel free to call or email me with any questions, or to offer your time. I know that time is a very precious commodity that none of us seem to have enough of. Your time is priceless to UFA. Volunteers make the club a safer and more encouraging environment for our young players. We all spend the time and money investing in our children's passions and we seem to have nothing else to give, but I would like to ask you to consider just 2 hours a week that you could put aside to help ensure that the fields and events have the best possible atmosphere. Maybe on the night you carpool you stay and help fix goals, during Saturday's game you help the club sell spirit wear, or save your hours and volunteer once a month at a fundraiser or tournament. Please look over the needs below and your schedule and see if you can give any of your time.
