Hi. My name is Todd and I am a local real estate professional. I have worked for 18 years in the multi-family apartment industry and started working for myself about seven years ago. I purchase, renovate, rent and personally manage all of the apartments in my portfolio. I have a relatively simple business plan. I only buy properties that I would want to live in myself. So far, I’ve lived in all of the properties that I own. With my apartments I personally see to everything and I treat people the way that I would want to be treated. In this business, and in the metropolitan DC area, how many people do you know that can dial a cell and speak directly with their landlord? Sounds simple, but it’s rare. Ask me, and I’ll tell you why it matters. If you’ve rented from one of the larger players, you know why, and how it makes a difference.
