BIOSANITIZER Ecotechnology has been developed by Dr Uday Bhawalkar, director of Bhawalkar Ecological Research Institute(BERI), located at Pune(India). Dr Bhawalkar is a B. Tech., Ph.D. in chemical engineering from IIT Bombay. In fact, the BIOSANITIZER technology was developed during and after his PhD work, he has one Indian and one American patent, jointly with IIT Bombay.
BIOSANITIZER is a natural bio-catalyst that converts diverse forms of pollution into resources, without any recurring inputs and without production of any new forms of pollution, such as sludge or greenhouse gases. The pollution can be due to solid, liquid or gaseous wastes. It can be due to organic or inorganic pollutants, both toxic or nontoxic. POP or any other toxic pollutants also get cracked and become nontoxic. Pollution signals such as odor, pathogens and pests are corrected by appropriate root-cause action.
