Evaluation/Consultation
The next step is an evaluation/consultation with our staff that will probably take 30 - 45 minutes. Together, you and the staff will select the program that is best suited for you. The staff will come to understand your expectations & together you will establish your goals.
Set-Up
Based on the program selected, a series of simple tests will be performed that include body composition analysis, measurements, blood pressure & blood work.
Instruction
Meal planning instruction begins after your tests are completed. Some supplementation may be involved in your program. Because your program is specific to you, you will always utilize your own food. Years of success has shown us that prepackaged foods are unnecessary to maintain optimum weight management & health.
