Salem Conservation Commission - Salem, NH
The Salem Conservation Commission was established in 1965 under Chapter 36-A of the New Hampshire State Law for the proper utilization and protection of the natural resources and for the protection of watershed resources in town. The Commission consists of seven voting members, six of whom are appointed by the Board of Selectmen and one representative from the Board of Selectmen. Alternate members are appointed to vote in the absences of regular members and they may perform any other duties of the commission. The Conservation Commission meets the first Wednesday of every month at 7:00 in Town Hall at 33 Geremonty Drive in Salem.
